RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At HBW Boutique we are proud of the quality of our jewellery and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, return the items to us in their original, unworn condition, and in the original box, within 14 days of receiving your item (as per the courier tracking advice). We will then credit your account with a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings, unless the product is faulty in some way.
For faulty products, we will replace the product upon receipt of the returned item and we will also refund the return shipping cost.

Please note the following conditions apply to returns:
- Refunds are issued back to the original card used for payment, unless store credit is requested.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returns will be subject to inspection upon receipt, and if the goods are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
- Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for, or exchange, earrings.
