Yes, our 100% happiness guarantee applies to all of our products, including our mystery boxes. However, as per our return policy, items need to be unworn and in their original condition, and we cannot accept returns of individual items in the mystery boxes, only the entire box can be returned.

Our Packaging
All orders are beautifully packaged in one of our signature branded black and white jewellery gift boxes.
Your jewellery gift boxes are then wrapped in wrapping tissue and carefully packed in a black HBW postal box. We are able to customise a card for you if you are sending your gift directly to the recipient – just leave us a message at the checkout.
