HBW Boutique is based in Hamilton, New Zealand where we have an office and workshop. Our store is online and we ship all our products from Hamilton.
HBW Boutique was founded in 2021 by a Mum, foodie, lover of everything outdoors and a jewellery designer. We specialise in sterling silver jewellery, and 18K gold plated sterling silver jewellery. We love sterling silver because, not only is it beautiful, it’s perfect for moulding into all sorts of designs and, most importantly, it is long lasting and won’t degrade after only a couple of outings.
We aim to bring our personal touch and premium service to your online shopping experience. We know these days shopping online can be very impersonal and often when there is an issue with your purchase or you are wanting more information about something you are thinking of buying, it is difficult to even get hold of a human to help you! This will not be your experience with us. We want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience with HBW so we are customer focused and we incorporate the following into your shopping experience with us:
- We will always respond to any emails or messages within 24 hours
- We will dispatch your order to you by courier within 24 to 48 hours
- We take pride in our packaging and will ensure your items are beautifully packaged
- We include a FREE jewellery polishing cloth with every order
- We offer FREE shipping to any part of New Zealand for orders over NZ$99, and to any part of Australia for orders over NZ$150
- If you have any issues with your order, we will do everything in our power to come up with a resolution in a timely manner
